CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE babybeep® + 1 EXTENDED WARRANTY

THIS DOCUMENT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY ENTITLEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING 

DURATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS

+1 is aimed at the continuation of the manufacturer’s warranty period for additional 12 months and will have the effect indicated below. The service offered by +1 will not have a duration exceeding 24 months after the purchase of the product to be serviced, including the 12 months required by law.

The starting date of service +1 for each appliance/product identified in the certificate shall be as follows:

a) In the case of a NON-PROFESSIONAL consumer buyer, it will be activated on the first day after the expiry of the Legal Guarantee of 1 year.

WARRANTY

The service will be provided in the same manner and under the same terms indicated in the original guarantee certificate issued by the manufacturer and in force at the time of purchase of the goods. In the event that a guarantee certificate is not provided by the manufacturer of the goods, reference will be made to the warranty conditions on the manufacturer’s website.

Are excluded from the service, all damages and faults already excluded from the original warranty of the manufacturer, caused in any case by intentional or fault by the customer or due to normal wear of the components.

For the repair of the product there is no deductible to be paid by the Customer.

From the first day after the expiry of the Legal Guarantee, the Customer can repair the product at no extra cost, using +1.

In the event that the product is not repairable, babybeep® will propose, at its sole discretion, its replacement or reimbursement of the purchase value of the product, reducing for each year 30 USD from the purchase value.

RULES IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE

At the time of equipment failure, starting from the end of the Legal Warranty, the Customer must connect to the website www.babybeep.us or write an e-mail to the following address: assistance@babybeep.us, to communicate their personal data and the details of the certificate +1; the customer service will verify the correctness and will inform the Customer of the methods and terms to be followed for the repair of the product.
